Booking: After approving the itinerary, I will directly issue your flight tickets using professional reservation systems (invoiced directly by me). For accommodation and other services, I will subsequently and distinctly send you secure links for direct payment to certified suppliers at the best negotiated rates.
Travel & Support: You travel with a comprehensive itinerary and my ongoing support whenever you need it.

a non-binding offer for approval by email. The stated price for my planning and concierge services is always final, with no hidden fees, and is invoiced as a separate item independently of the actual travel costs (such as flight tickets).

I provide independent travel planning and act as an intermediary for standalone travel services. I do not organise package travel, and this service does not constitute a "package" or "linked travel arrangement" (LTA) under Directive (EU) 2015/2302. To strictly prevent the creation of an LTA, all travel services are mediated completely independently and as separate transactions. Air travel is mediated by me as a standalone service based on the airline’s fare; all other travel services are booked and paid directly by the client with the respective suppliers. I am not a contractual party to the relationship between the client and those suppliers. Airlines and service providers are solely responsible for the performance of their services, including schedule changes, delays or cancellations. Refunds are processed strictly according to the airline’s conditions and paid to the client once completed by the carrier. The client is responsible for the accuracy of personal data and the validity of travel documents; my information does not replace official visa or legal advice.
